This guide summarizes the important points from our full User Guide (https://shop.jicwels.jp/view/guide) and the order confirmation screen. Please read before placing your order.
1. Entering Your Address Correctly (How Addresses Are Written in Japan)
● Enter your address in Japanese characters
Delivery staff check addressess in Japanese, so please enter your address in Japanese characters (漢字、ひらがな、カタカナ、数字).
In Japan, the order is: Prefecture → City/Ward → Street Number → Building Name → Room Number.
● Building name & room number are required
If the building name or room number is missing, we cannot deliver your package.
If information is missing, we will not ship until we can confirm it.
● Do NOT write your company / workplace / care‑facility name
If the delivery address is your home, do not write your company or workplace name.
If a workplace name is written, delivery staff may think it is a different address and fail to deliver.
Please enter your workplace address and workplace name ONLY if you wish to receive your package at your workplace.
※Overseas shipping is not available.
2. Payment & Shipping Schedule
● Credit Card / PayPay
We will arrange shipment within 1 business day after confirming your order.
● Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
Please transfer the payment to the bank account shown in your order‑confirmation email.
Please pay within 7 days of your order.

● Convenience Store Payment (Prepayment)
After completing your order, you will receive an email from sendonly@epsilon.jp with payment instructions.
Please follow the steps in the email to complete your payment.

Please pay within 7 days of your order. Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically.

3. Delivery Estimate
Your package usually arrives 1–3 days after shipping.
*Delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic.
*We cannot accept specific date/time requests. If you need to change the delivery date, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice left in your mailbox.
4. Cancellation & Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective.

1. 正しい住所の入力（日本の住所の表記ルール）
● 日本語で入力してください
配送会社は日本語の住所で確認するため、必ず日本語（漢字・ひらがな・カタカナ・数字）で入力してください。
日本では住所を、都道府県 → 市区町村 → 番地 → 建物名 → 部屋番号 の順で書きます。
● 建物名・部屋番号は必須です
建物名や部屋番号がないと、配達できません。
情報が不足している場合は、確認できるまで発送しません。
● 勤務先名（会社名・介護施設名）は書かないでください
お届け先が自宅の場合は、勤務先の名前を書かないでください。
お届け先が自宅の場合、勤務先の名前を書くと別の場所だと思われて配達できないことがあります。
勤務先に届けたい場合だけ、勤務先の名前と住所を入力してください。
※海外への発送は行っていません。
2. お支払いと発送
● クレジットカード・PayPay
ご注文を確認してから、1営業日以内に発送手配をおこないます。
● 銀行振込（先払い）
注文確認メールに記載の口座へお振込みください。
お支払い期限は ご注文後1週間 です。
入金確認後、1営業日以内に発送手配をおこないます。
● コンビニ決済（先払い）
注文完了後、sendonly@epsilon.jp から支払情報が書かれたメールが届きますので、それに従ってお支払いください。
入金確認後、1営業日以内に発送手配をおこないます。
支払期限は ご注文後1週間 です。期限までに入金がない場合は自動キャンセルとなります。
※お支払いメールが届かない場合

２．見つからない場合は books@jicwels.jp へご連絡ください

3. お届けの目安
発送完了から、通常 1〜3日 でお届けします。
※天候・交通事情により遅れることがあります。
※日付や時間の指定はできません。受取日を変更したい場合は、佐川急便の不在票にあるQRコード等から変更してください。
4. キャンセル・返品ポリシー
お客様都合での 返品・交換はできません。
※商品に欠陥がある場合のみ、返品を受け付けます。
